We are the sole and only official European importers of the full range of Repashy speciality pet foods. By importing consignments every month, we can ensure excellent use-by dates and full product inventory.
Our products and their ingredients are licensed for import and use in the EU and enter the UK in accordance with Animal and Plant Health Agency. We can therefore assure customers, trade and retail, of continued supply with confidence.
We guarantee that your product will arrive in perfect condition. In the unlikely event of damage we will offer a replacement, though to do this, we will need photographic evidence of the product damage, packaging and label. This is a requirement of shipping companies in the event of a claim.
All of our products are contained in sealed plastic jars to ensure product integrity. Repackaging of our products for resale is strictly forbidden and will be considered counterfeit goods.
We do not accept returns unless the incorrect product has been supplied by us.
Please be aware that we do not ship retail orders outside the UK.
